The character suggestions are flooding in, but don't forget we also need a new name.

Contest #2 - Create a character

Invent a character for the series. She must be female, 20-30, living in London and of the lesbian or bisexual persuasion. Apart from that, the decisions are yours.

You can submit your character ideas in whatever format you like, but you must not use more than 400 words at this stage. There will be a chance to develop characters further in the future.

Think about:
- Where does your character come from?
- How old is she?
- What does you do for a living?
- What motivates her?

"Lesbians in London" is all very informative and simple, but we need something snappier to call this project.

We don't know the storyline yet and we don't know exactly who the characters will be, but what we do know is that it's going to be about young lesbian women living in London.

Lesbians of Britain (and non-lesbians of beyond) let's unite to create the perfect pilot for a comedy drama about a group of queer young women living in England's buzzing capital.

You will get the chance to suggest characters, story lines and script excerpts and the best ideas will be put together in a 60 minute pilot and series outline.
